February 3, 11:00 a.m. Valentine's is for food with Shirley J -Just in time for Valentines day, Shirley J shares a few holiday meals that are easy and delicious recipes. Join Shirley J for our Valentines days theme class. We'll begin with dinner recipes like Lemon Cream Pasta and Raspberry Vinaigrette over salad. Then we'll finish the class off with a Delicious Sour Cream Chocolate Cake!

February 8, 10:00 a.m. Preserving meat, fish and poultry in a pressure canner isn't as difficult as you might think. And, it is a great way to take advantage of sale prices and provide convenient, ready-to-eat meat for sandwiches, salads, and casseroles . Come and learn the basics with Ann Henderson from USU Extension. Ann will be testing pressure canner gauges following the class. To have a gauge tested, bring the canner lid with gauge and $1. Testing takes just a minute.

Taught by: Antoinette Martin - There's nothing quite like enjoying the beauty of your own garden! Come learn how to grow a garden for beauty and success.
We'll talk about what to plant when. Planting for yourself and/or your family. Adding a little color/flare. And how to maintain your garden and your enthusiasm through heat and weeds!
February 22, 4:00 p.m. - Irresistibly Gluten Free Author Christina Davis will be demonstrating and sampling two of her favorite recipes; 15 Minute Bread Sticks and Sugar Cookies. (These are gluten and dairy free!) She will teach us how to make and use her fabulous all-purpose, gluten-free UNflour. She will also teach us how to build a gluten free food storage as well as demonstrate how you can save money by making your own gluten free mixes.
February 28, 10:00 a.m. – Redmond Salt taught by Kurt Butterfield. We know how great the salt is, but now come and learn about some of the other great products that Redmond has for our health and beauty!

This is a new class where you can learn how to make 5 tuna patties from just 1 can of tuna, and how to make a delicious “Apple & Wheat Salad”. Both recipes are in Cindi Van Bibber’s book, which she will discuss, teach and provide samples of these healthy and super easy dishes.
